Make a Difference as a Hospice Volunteer
Transitions Hospice is dedicated to providing individualized, compassionate care, comfort, and support to people with serious illnesses and their families. Our goal is to offer comfort and loving care that allows a loved one to have the best last days of their life possible. Volunteers play a vital role in helping serve patients throughout our 17-county service area.
Volunteer opportunities include patient companionship, administrative support, Tuck-In Calls, the Flower Power program, “Veterans-to-Veterans” volunteering through the We Honor Veterans program, and more.
No medical experience is required, and training is provided. Whether you have a flexible schedule or limited time to give, you can make a meaningful difference.
