What inspired you to start this business or what inspired the founders to begin this business?   

Dr. Anil and Monika Yadav were inspired to create Prestige Medical Group to deliver healthcare without the complexities of excessive red tape. The vision is to provide high quality care that truly focuses on the patient while also addressing the needs of the entire family. 

How does your business give back and support the Rome-Floyd community? 

Prestige Medical Group is deeply embedded in the communities it serves, including Rome-Floyd. PMG provides financial support to local organizations, sponsors school teams and events, and fundraises for initiatives like the Boys and Girls Clubs. Community outreach is a cornerstone of the practice, allowing Prestige to connect with families beyond healthcare. 

Why is it important to you and your business to be a chamber member? 

Being a chamber member helps us stay connected to the community, build relationships, and support economic growth. It’s an opportunity to strengthen ties with patients and other local organizations, working collaboratively to enhance the well-being of the areas we serve.

We all know owning/running a business can be hard. What is a recent highlight that shows the hard work is worth it? 

The recent expansion of our pediatric offices in both Jasper and Canton is a testament to the hard work of our team. By adding Pediatrics to our care offerings, we can now serve entire families from newborns to seniors. Receiving the positive feedback from patients and their families reinforces why we do what we do and motivates us to continue growing. 

What is the best business advice that you have ever been given? 

The best advice I’ve received is to be efficient in managing resources while balancing patient care with compassion and understanding, particularly in today’s complex healthcare payment systems. Financial discipline paired with patient-focused care is essential for success. 

What’s next for your business? 

We plan to expand with three new locations over the next five years, continuing to bring premium primary care to suburban communities across Atlanta. We’re also excited to grow our involvement in community events, like our annual ZombieFest, which connects us with over 1,000 local citizens every year.
