This position is not a work-from-home or desk-only position.
Applicants must:
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout all 15 NWGA counties.
- Be comfortable visiting consumers' homes, nursing facilities, schools, businesses, and community events.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office 365, email, online databases, and electronic documentation.
- Be capable of managing a full caseload independently.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check.

Position Summary
NWGA Center for Independent Living is seeking a professional who is dependable, self-directed, and committed to serving individuals with disabilities. This position requires professionalism, accountability, and the ability to manage a demanding workload while representing the organization throughout the community.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate youth transition and Pre-ETS programming.
- Build relationships with schools, educators, GVRA, parents, and community partners.
- Plan outreach events, trainings, and youth activities.
- Maintain accurate reports, attendance, and program documentation.
- Support youth with disabilities in achieving employment and independent living goals.
- Frequent travel throughout the service area.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience working with youth or education strongly preferred.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Background check required.
- Highly proficient with computers and Office 365.

- Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
- Meet deadlines and complete documentation accurately.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and community partners.
- Represent NWGA CIL professionally in the community.
- Failure to meet performance expectations may result in disciplinary action.
