Water Cooler Technician

About the Role

BWS is looking for a reliable, hands-on Water Cooler Technician to join our field service team. In this role, you'll be the face of BWS for our customers — installing new units, keeping equipment running smoothly, and making sure every cooler delivers clean, great-tasting water. If you enjoy working with your hands, driving a route, and solving problems on the spot, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Installs – Deliver and set up water coolers/dispensers at business customer locations (offices, warehouses, retail, etc.), ensuring proper placement, water line connections, and safe operation
• Service – Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water cooler units, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and resolve service calls efficiently
• Filter Changes – Replace and rotate filters on a scheduled basis, following manufacturer guidelines to maintain water quality standards
• Maintain accurate service records, installation reports, and inventory logs
• Load, organize, and restock your service vehicle with parts, filters, and equipment
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop
• Follow all safety protocols when handling equipment and driving company vehicles

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - This job includes a ton of driving
• Prior field service, maintenance, or plumbing experience preferred (not required)
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and diagnosing mechanical issues
• Ability to lift and load coolers weighing up to 150 lbs into/out of a company van
• Comfortable working in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, customer sites)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Self-motivated and able to manage a daily route independently
