As an RN with SLC, you will play a vital role in:

- Conducting assessments for new clients onboarding, ensuring individualized care plans are accurate and complete

- Completing 90-day follow-up assessments to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and care quality

- Leading monthly training sessions for our Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to keep skills sharp and compliant with state standards

- Serving as a trusted resource for both clients and care staff, providing guidance, oversight, and support

✨ Key Responsibilities Include:

- Providing skilled nursing care to clients in their homes

- Monitoring and documenting client health status

- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

- Educating clients and families on health management

- Collaborating with our care team to ensure quality service

✨ Requirements:

- Active RN license in the state of Georgia

- Current CPR/BLS certification

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
