Sheds 365 Sales, LLC is looking for a full-time sales associate/Shed Specialist that has an entrepreneurial spirit. Come oversee one of our shed sales locations and take control of your career. We are looking for an individual who can help fulfill our customers’ storage needs. Sheds 365 will provide high quality building inventory, the flexibility to set your own 40-hour week, and a comfortable and equipped sales office. We are committed to thorough ongoing training and support. You will be joining a competitive team that values your input and contribution. Applicants must have basic computer skills, email knowledge, and the ability to operate select computer programs. Applicants must be willing to work with Facebook Marketplace and other internet platforms. Sales lots are open for 1/2 day on Saturdays, and Shed Specialists must attend annual sales meeting(s). You have control over your income with an competitive hourly rate plus monthly sales commission. Candidates that enjoy selling and providing best-in-class customer service will be successful with Sheds 365, LLC.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Display a cheerful, upbeat, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Willing and committed to providing an exceptional customer service experience.
- Achieve sales goals and benchmarks.
- Accurately perform financial functions including cash and payment transactions.
- Accurately complete paperwork including but not limited to daily write-ups, sales contracts, work orders, and sales reports.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures.
- Participate in product knowledge and sales training.
- Continually work to gain a high level of product knowledge.
- Attend sales training meetings as required.
- Maintain appearance, cleanliness and organization of sales location.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience of at least 3 years.
- Customer service skills preferred.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Must understand and be able to meet the demands of a customer service-focused retail environment.
- Willing to work 1/2 day on Saturdays.
- Work effectively with others in a team environment.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Goal-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge, keyboard proficiency, social media and internet navigation skills required.
- Willing to learn new technology as needed.
- Background check will be conducted, and drug test required.

Salary: From $18.00-$20 per hour
