Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks. The coordinator serves as a key point of communication between customers and internal departments This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, passion for sales, professionalism, integrity, and a corporate image.

Duties:

Customer Orders & Forecasts

  • Request and collect monthly customer orders and forecasts from domestic and international clients.
  • Accurately enter order and forecast data into the CRM/ERP system.
  • Prepare and update monthly sales reports and analyses.
  • Communicate order status, confirmations, and schedule updates to customers.
  • Create, update, and maintain customer price lists and agreements.

Shipping & Logistics

  • Monitor and track finished goods shipments for domestic and export customers.
  • Review production schedules to identify orders in process and update customers accordingly.
  • Maintain and update the model master data for new models in the ERP system.
  • Prepare month-end reports covering sales, shipping, and inventory data.
  • Conduct annual customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Support the Quality Department with claims, stop-shipments, inspections, and rework activities as needed.

Service Parts Management

  • Coordinate communication regarding Customer Satisfaction Assurance and customer requirements.
  • Manage administrative tasks for service parts pricing, registration, announcements, and packaging development.
  • Plan, administer, and maintain the service parts system within AS400 or related databases.
  • Oversee export processes for service parts.
  • Provide guidance and training to service-parts clerks and packaging staff on:
  • Order processing and customer service.
  • Master registration for new and modified items.
  • Pricing and packaging controls.
  • Report creation, file management, and product sales analysis.
  • Accurately enter order and forecast data into the CRM/ERP system.
  • Prepare and update monthly sales reports and analyses.
  • Communicate order status, confirmations, and schedule updates to customers.
  • Create, update, and maintain customer price lists and agreements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

  • High school or equivalent (Required)


Experience:


  • ERP systems: 2 years (Required)
  • Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Sales strategy: 2 years (Required)
  • Logistics sales: 2 years (Required)
