Quality Control Technician
The QA Tech role is critical in maintaining product quality and safety, ensuring that all products
meet the highest standards before reaching consumers. This position requires a combination of
technical knowledge, analytical skills, and effective communication to succeed in a quality-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Testing and Inspections: Perform manual and automated tests on products to ensure
they meet quality standards and specifications. This includes inspecting incoming materials and finished products.Document Findings: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, test data, and any defects or
discrepancies identified during the testing process.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams
to ensure that quality standards are upheld throughout the manufacturing process.Identify Improvements: Analyze test results and provide recommendations for process
improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.Calibrate Equipment: Ensure that testing and inspection equipment is properly calibrated and
maintained for accurate results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: An associate's degree or high school diploma at a minimum.
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in automated testing procedures, familiarity with quality management systems, and strong analytical skills to identify defects and irregularities.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure that all products meet established quality
standards and specifications.
Starting Pay Rate: $20 pr hr - Paid weekly
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
