Job description:
Position Summary
-Performing weld test and documenting weld data.
- Performing dimensional checks.
-Support QC coordinator operations.
Principal Tasks
- Perform weld penetration test on welds that are being performed
- Perform critical dimension checks on welding jigs.
- Perform critical dimension checks on welding parts/ frames.
Work Experience and Job Requirements
1. The ability to use Microsoft Office-related software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
2. Ability to compile proceedings reports is required.
3. It is necessary to be able to act enthusiastically in everything and to have the ability to communicate with anyone.
4. The ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks is required.
5. Ability to execute with complying regulations, standards and procedures is required.
6. Ability to complete everything to the end.
7. It is necessary to have excellent communication skills between supervisor and other team members to ensure quality.
8. The ability to follow instructions and carry out duties that are required by managers, supervisors, and other superiors.
9. Ability to coordinate with QC members to carry out work is necessary.
10. Experience in performing weld penetration testing is desirable.
11. To know or be willing to learn how to use a plasma cutter.
12. Be able to learn precision equipment and measuring devices.
13. Organization skills is a must when it comes to storing data and doing reports.
