Clean Air Industries is a dynamic, growing filtration company looking for a Production Manager for the Rome facility to oversee the entire production process, ensuring our KPI’s Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost are met in adherence to deadlines while managing resources and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the Production Schedule: Be involved in the planning process and ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently to meet the On Time Delivery metric.
• Quality Control: Monitor product quality, oversee regular audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate production teams, ensuring effective communication, training, and collaboration among team members.
• Efficiency and Cost Control: Manage plant efficiency Earned Hours vs Actual Hours and monitor production costs to ensure operations remain within financial targets.
• Liaison with Other Departments: Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and sales departments to align production activities with overall business goals.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the production process according to the Clean Air Safety Manual.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Five to ten years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in a leadership role, preferably in a metal fabrication plant.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Accountability and consistency are a must.
• Lean: A strong understanding of Lean/Kaizen principles with the history of implementing best practices.

This position will directly report to the General Manager of the Industrial Air Division of Clean Air Industries.
