What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers with shipping, printing, and other services

Operate the register and process transactions accurately

Pack and prepare shipments to UPS standards

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Basic computer skills (POS experience a plus)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required – we’ll train the right person!
