We’re Douglas Family & Animal Chiropractic, and we deliver care that’s a little outside the norm. One minute we’re helping a toddler with torticollis, the next we’re adjusting a Great Dane. We don’t just relieve pain — we create health, joy, and balance in the lives of our two-legged and four-legged patients.

We're growing fast and need a Rockstar Chiropractic Assistant to help keep our office running like a well-oiled (and well-loved) machine — both on the ground and online.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the chiropractor during human and animal care
• Managing the front desk like a boss — calls, scheduling, follow-ups
• Prepping treatment rooms, organizing supplies, maintaining flow
• Handling EHR and documentation assistance
• Assisting with insurance verification and billing tasks
• Educating patients on care plans and clinic policies
• Capturing real moments in the clinic and turning them into powerful social media content
• Creating and scheduling content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Engaging with our community online and in person at networking, outreach events

What You Bring to the Table

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or admin roles
• Proven knowledge of social media (reels, stories, engagement tools, hashtags)
• Reliability, initiative, and hustle (we move fast here)
• Love for people, animals, and a purpose bigger than yourself

Bonus Points For:

• Chiropractic Assistant certification or experience
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and video editing tools
• Knowledge of billing/insurance
• Experience in animal handling or holistic health
