What You'll Do:

• Help customers with shipping, packing, printing, and other store services
• Process UPS shipments, Amazon returns, and package drop-offs
• Assist with mailbox customers
• Operate the register and process payments accurately
• Print, copy, scan, fax, and assist with other document services
• Stock supplies and keep the store clean and organized
• Help with opening and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service every day

• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
