Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth in foster care? Join our team at Open Door Home, where you’ll provide therapeutic support in a residential setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Triage intakes and intake paperwork.
  • Create personalized safety and service plans for each new resident.
  • Collaborate with caseworkers, probation officers, and other professionals to coordinate care.
  • Organize and lead therapy sessions, including individual and group therapy.
  • Attend court hearings and meetings to advocate for residents.
  • Offer crisis intervention and develop long-term therapeutic programs.
  • Support and guide staff, ensuring a structured and enriching environment for all residents.
  • Supervise therapeutic interns and contribute to organizational goals.
  • Help coordinates activities for residents.
  • Be part of the on-call rotation (one week every seven weeks).

Who You Are:

  • Licensed as an LPC or LCSW (preferred) or Associated licenses working toward full license.
  • Experienced in working with youth, especially those who have experienced trauma.
  • Organized, flexible, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
  • A great communicator and team player.
  • Willing to relocate within 45 minutes of Rome, GA.
