Scope of Position: The Manager, Programming leads projects for the WinShape College Program (WSCP) to ensure that all Catalytic Events and Programs are executed according to WinShape’s core values (People, Results, Excellence, Safety and Stewardship). This includes: 

• Overseeing the team’s execution of the annual ministry plan 
• Leading collaboration with WS staff and Berry staff to recruit, select and onboard new students each year. 
• Participating with the entire WSCP team to provide direct coaching, mentoring, and discipleship to WSCP students.

Responsibilities

• Manges projects for all catalytic events by acting as the master planner and operational guide for the entire program.  
• Provides guidance and leadership to Coordinators as indirect reports but own responsibility for delegated events.  
• Leads programming for Monday Night Meetings and manages projects for year 3 & 4 Second Mile options. 
• Establishes a collaboration with all Marketing leads and WS Communications to create and manage WinShape College Program’s marketing efforts, including but not limited to: 
  • Website strategy  
  • Digital content marketing  
  • Operator Relationships 
• Collaborates with WS Talent Services, Guest Experience, and Berry to create a WSCP selection team to manage the full life cycle of student recruitment, selection and enrollment process for all vacancies by: 
  • Reviewing applications  
  • Maintaining accurate files and tracking  
  • Providing continuous communication and process support  
  • Organizing interview and applicant group visits  
  • Coordinating financial aid offers  
• Maintains relevant and collaborative relationships with ministry leaders, CFA operators, and Berry College leadership 
• Initiates improvement plans to address challenges and measure successes  
• Engages with current program participants and seeks to be a regular presence in the WSCP dorms and on campus. 
• Provides team leadership in the absence of the Director.  

Qualifications

• A self-professing Christ follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and actively pursuing Christ on a consistent basis. 
• Has Biblically-centered theological convictions that are consistent with WinShape’s beliefs. 
• 5-7 years of experience in project and event management. Preferred experience with college students in a ministry or educational setting. 
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, an email marketing service provider (such as MailChimp) 
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate in public settings, both in one-on-one conversations and group presentations 
• Knowledge of social channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter 
• Models active, intentional growth in discipleship, community, and leadership 
• Possess a valid driver’s license and has an acceptable driving record.
