Licensed Receptionist

The Teresa Lumsden Agency Team is looking to expand as we add a receptionist and support team member to assist.


The new team member will need extensive experience in operating system and Microsoft 365.  Every transaction requires the use of the computer and multiple screens.  


Specific skills include keyboarding, greeting policyholders and engaging them in conversation, performing the beginning of day operations for policyholder records, answering and managing the phone system and assisting other team members.  The opportunity does require a license in property/casual insurance which can be completed while working.  The licensing is a 40-hour class that can be taken online or in a physical setting and then requires a test to pass.
