Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our collaborative, patient-centered team. This role focuses on providing high-quality psychotherapy to adults (and select adolescents if trained), while working alongside psychiatric providers in an integrated care model.
You will have the time, autonomy, and clinical respect to practice ethically and effectively—without being boxed into cookie-cutter treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (individual therapy primarily)
- Treat anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, stress-related disorders, life transitions, and burnout
- Utilize appropriate modalities (CBT, DBT-informed, trauma-informed care, EMDR if trained, etc.)
- Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and ongoing progress evaluations
Collaboration & Integrated Care
- Collaborate with psychiatric nurse practitioners and medical providers
- Participate in coordinated care planning when appropriate
- Communicate clinically relevant insights that support whole-person treatment
- Support non-medication strategies whenever appropriate
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
- Maintain licensure, ethical standards, and HIPAA compliance
- Adhere to practice policies and professional boundaries
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LPC or LCSW license (state-appropriate)
- Minimum 1–2 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
- Comfortable working independently with accountability
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Alignment with a holistic, patient-education-focused philosophy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in integrative or collaborative care settings
- Training in trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, or somatic approaches
- Interest in whole-person health (nutrition, sleep, stress, lifestyle)
- Experience with adults experiencing burnout, chronic stress, or medical-mental health overlap
