JOB TITLE: 

Inside Sales Representative 

Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 5:00PM; (with a 1hr lunch break)

Pay rate negotiable based on experience

Job Description:   

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating new business, and providing exceptional service to our clients. 

Essential Job Functions: 

 Fielding customer phone calls and emails 

 Data entry based on customer quote and order requirements 

 Quoting material from stock or sourced from another vendor 

 Processing orders and directing them to the correct next step: either delivery, processing, or other steps needed to fulfill customer requirements 

 Communicating with other Inside Sales Reps

 Communicating to customers the material availability and turnaround times 

 Ensuring delivery tickets have all information needed for a smooth delivery 

 Facilitating corrective action when material or delivery issues arise 

 Communicating with Outside Sales Reps as to what customers are saying about our service 

 Communicating with Outside Sales Reps about potential new customers and their needs.

Requirements: 

 Highschool Diploma or GED 

 Proficiency in basic computer functions, typing and Outlook 

 Ability to speak clearly and professionally 

 Ability to multi-task 

 Ability and willingness to learn new software 

 Understanding and implementation of basic math skills (including percentages and rate conversions)
