We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Industrial Control Panel Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical control panels for various industrial applications.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels based on engineering schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams with exceptional attention to detail.
• Mount and connect a variety of components, including relays, circuit breakers, PLCs, and power supplies, ensuring proper placement and security.
• Perform panel layout, drilling, tapping, and component installation as required.
• Use hand and power tools, such as wire crimpers, cutters, and multimeters, to complete assembly tasks and conduct testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any wiring or assembly issues, working collaboratively with supervisors and engineers.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards throughout the assembly process.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project status, potential issues, and resource needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, precise work.
• Excellent manual dexterity and experience with relevant hand and power tools.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues.
• Understanding of electrical codes and safety standards is highly desirable.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
