Job Title: Golf Course Greens Crew/Maintenance Workers

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Greens Crew as Maintenance Workers. This role is essential in ensuring our golf course remains in pristine condition for our members and guests. If you have a passion for outdoor work, an eye for detail, and a love for golf, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and groom the greens, fairways, roughs, and bunkers to the highest standards.
• Operate and maintain various types of golf course maintenance equipment.
• Assist in irrigation system maintenance and repair.
• Perform regular mowing, trimming, and edging of grass areas.
• Monitor and report on the condition of the golf course and any issues that may arise.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as necessary.
• Help with the daily golf course setup and with course events and tournaments.

Qualifications

• Entry level position. You will be trained in all facets of Golf Course Maintenance.
• Experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required preferred
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and sprayers.
• Knowledge of turf management practices is an asset.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
