The Inside Sales Support role is responsible for assisting the sales team with day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of quotes, orders, and customer inquiries. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers and distributors, helping drive sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process quotes, orders, and sales documentation
• Handle incoming phone calls and website inquiries to ensure an enhanced customer experience
• Respond to customer and distributor inquiries in a timely manner
• Follow up on open quotes and assist in closing opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams on order status, lead times, and logistics
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and quoting systems
• Complete order entry of customer PO’s
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and lead follow-up efforts
• Proactive outreach to existing customer base and distributors to promote replacement part and service opportunities
• Assist customers with returns, refunds, damaged shipments, cancelations, and late orders and satisfy all duties required to complete these transactions

Required Experience / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM systems and sales support tools
• Hands-on experience working with an ERP system
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales is a plus
• Experience with Epicor, HubSpot, and Shopify is a bonus

Compensation:
