Qualifications
The Front of House (FOH) position at Roman Ramen is responsible for the customer experience. FOH staff members greet guests, take orders, and ensure that diners have a positive experience.

FOH staff should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have strong attention to detail. They must also be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.


Responsibilities

- Engaging customers as they enter and exit

- Responding to customer requests and questions

- Processing purchases and ensuring order accuracy

- Answering and processing phone orders

- Informing the kitchen and waiting staff of allergies, food requirements, complaints, or changes to orders

- Preparing to-go and delivery orders after they are filled by the kitchen

- Stocking items, including cups, spoons, napkins, and drink coolers

- Maintaining a clean and well organized FOH, including floor, tables, and counters

- Operating tea brewer and maintaining tea making schedule

- Sharing guest needs or concerns with other staff and managers

- Always maintaining an upbeat and positive demeanor

- Maintaining stock of beverages and condiments

- Building relationships

- Overseeing all opening and closing for FOH
- Resolving customer and employee problems or complaints

Tuesday through Saturday days or evenings
