Position: Financial Coordinator

Are you ready to combine your financial skills with a passion for people? At Vargo Orthodontics, we’re seeking a Financial Coordinator who can manage the financial side of our practice while delivering excellent service to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Explain financial plans, insurance benefits, and billing clearly and confidently.
• Manage daily charges, payments, and collections with precision.
• Address overdue accounts and support team members during busy times.
• Prepare month-end financial reports and maintain accurate records.

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in bookkeeping, medical/dental billing, or banking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Confident, polished, and friendly demeanor – who loves to smile.
