EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE PROVOST
Berry College invites applications for Executive Assistant to the Provost, serving as a trusted partner to the college's chief academic officer. We seek a highly organized, proactive professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant academic community, providing excellent administrative and logistical support. Successful candidates will have a track record of managing multiple projects, communicating warmly and clearly, and safeguarding sensitive information.
The Office of the Provost oversees the planning, development, and administration of Berry College's academic programs and academic support services. Guided by the Berry motto, "Not to be ministered unto, but to minister," the Executive Assistant coordinates events, interacts with academic and non-academic stakeholders, and ensures that the office runs smoothly every day.
The Executive Assistant will also provide some administrative support to the Dean of Undergraduate Experiences, who serves in the Office of the Provost. This position will also collaborate with a dynamic student work team, as part of Berry's LifeWorks program.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or substantial experience
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Experience in using multiple technology applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
