The Development Officer is responsible for generating resources which allow esp to fulfill its mission and provide services through Java Joy, 360 and Hooray. The Development Officer will create and implement strategies to raise annual gifts in the $2,500 - $25,000 gift range, building deeper engagement with our established donor base while developing new community and personal relationships. The Development Officer will lead activities designed to foster and enhance volunteer and donor engagement to support the mission of esp. This position will report directly to Rome’s Executive Director and be a member of the broader esp Development team.
