Pay Range: $20 to $24 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Wiring: Install and wire VFD systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Ensure proper connections from the power source to the VFD and from the VFD to the motor.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair issues with VFD systems, including electrical faults and performance problems. Perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients regarding VFD operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Educate clients on best practices for using VFD systems.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Document wiring diagrams and system configurations for future reference.
• Collaboration: Work with engineering and sales teams to develop solutions for
  clients' needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, motor controls, and VFD technology. Ability to interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Problem solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve
  issues efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Field Technician or in a similar role, specifically with VFD systems. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree
  in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
