Qualifications: Self-starting and motivated individual with the ability to manage and grow our annual Partners-in-Prevention campaign and corporate sponsorship programs. We are seeking an individual with demonstrated fundraising or sales success, strong relationship-building skills, comfort making direct funding asks, strong verbal/written skills, and a passion for our mission. We are looking for a strategic thinker with execution capability. CRM/database proficiency is a plus. Must be able to meet deadlines and able to effectively work with staff, volunteers, and committees. Reliable transportation and adequate vehicle liability insurance is required.

Work Environment: This 20-hour/week position is primarily in-office settings; may require visits off-site to donors. Requires attendance at some community/networking meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities: The FRC seeks a strategic, relationship-driven Development Director to lead and grow our fundraising efforts. This position is responsible for increasing annual campaign revenue, strengthening donor relationships, expanding corporate sponsorships, and building sustainable development systems. This is a part-time position (20–25 hours per week) reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the Board of Directors.

Annual Fund Development

· Lead strategy and execution of the Partners in Prevention annual campaign

· Develop and implement donor segmentation and cultivation strategies

· Increase donor retention and average gift size

· Identify and cultivate major gift prospects

Corporate & Sponsorship Growth

· Secure event sponsorships and corporate partnerships

· Develop tiered sponsorship packages

· Build long-term corporate giving relationships

Major Gifts & Donor Stewardship

· Create structured major donor cultivation plans

· Coordinate donor meetings with board members

· Implement donor recognition and stewardship strategies

Systems & Infrastructure

· Improve donor tracking and CRM systems

· Create development dashboards and monthly reporting

· Develop annual fundraising calendar

Board Engagement

· Equip board members with tools and talking points for fundraising

· Support board-led donor outreach efforts
