Profile Custom Extrusions is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This position serves a crucial role within the business. Profile prides itself on providing excellent customer service to our customers and your role will be to carry out that promise. You will serve as the liaison between the customer and the plant. You will be the primary contact for the customer as it relates to orders, invoicing, scheduling, and new products. Along with the rest of the sales team, your role will be to ensure that the customers’ needs are being met. You will need to problem-solve and work with sales, the customer, and production to determine the appropriate solution to conflicting priorities.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exemplary customer service on every customer interaction, including but not limited to; calls, emails, and any other type of communication. Pay attention to detail and provide customers with first class customer service.
  • Responsible for processing customer orders accurately and according to specifications.
  • Collaborate with and support the decisions of the leadership and production teams.
  • Responsible for keeping accurate records of all interactions with customers.
  • Responsible for generating and verifying invoices and credit memos, as well as updating and maintaining pricing by customer.

  • Be an advocate for the customer at all times, while recognizing and supporting the needs of the business.

  • Provide continued customer contact to ensure all parties are up to date and informed on necessary information and orders.
  • Be team-focused by helping all employees to successfully serve our customers.
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a positive attitude in all interactions.


REQUIREMENTS:

· High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.

· Strong computer experience to include Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new computer system applications.

· High level of written and verbal communication skills.
