Coordinator, Talent Services
Scope of Position: Provides in-person employee service in the Logistics Talent Services (Human Resources) office and administrative office support to the Manager, Talent Services and Talent Services team. Maintains employee personnel files. Assists with administrative onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:
Cooperates with recruiters to accomplish administrative onboarding: generating and checking TimeClock IDs, facilitating O365 credentials, completing Workday password resets, monitoring and following up with employees on onboarding task progress in Workday
Assists with physical onboarding setup: creating new hire folders, creating name badges, preparing new hire swag kits, room setup support, etc.
Supports various types of compliance reporting: the EEO-1 report, Bureau of Labor and Statistics surveys, etc.
Mails correspondence, sorts and scans incoming mail to the appropriate person
Answers Talent Services office phone line
Monitors Talent Services email inbox
Collaborates with the rest of TS team to audit, input, and follow up on invoices
Prepares and delivers miscellaneous employee letters: proof of address, proof of insurance, congratulatory, etc. (not promotion letters, offer letters, or transfer letters)
Answers verifications of employment, consulting with Payroll for any payroll data needed, and forwarding verifications for seasonal Camp staff to the Onboarding and Logistics Camp team
Prepares and delivers employee separation notices for eligible staff, consulting with Payroll for any payroll data needed
Maintains employee paper files: Ensure all HR records are accurate, up-to-date, filed and securely stored, complying with data protection regulations, maintaining the confidentiality of employee information
Provides/fields unemployment insurance claim responses, escalates information about DOL hearings to Manager, TS
Fills out, tracks and compiles leave paperwork and notification emails according to Manager, TS’ instruction
Provides in-person employee service for the Logistics Talent Services Office in Mt. Berry, GA by pointing employees toward resources for timely resolutions (directing them toward current procedures or policies on the PRESS or the correct person)
Assists Talent Services team with administrative tasks as needed
Assists with updating and maintaining documents/policies posted on the PRESS and in Workday (annually or upon policy update)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3 plus years of work experience supporting HR responsibilities required
Based in the Mt. Berry, GA campus: not a hybrid role, must be onsite in office 4-5 days a week with only occasional work from work
Customer service skills required
Organizational and administrative skills required
Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel preferred
Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint preferred
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to maintain highly confidential information
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
