At Clean Air Filtration we design and manufacture OEM and aftermarket industrial cartridge filters for dust collectors widely used in manufacturing. We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and support our existing accounts.

Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing leads, managing inbound sales inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with customers as well as the outside sales team. You will work closely with production and outside sales to ensure customer satisfaction from quote to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and sales orders
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate filter solutions
• Track orders and coordinate with production for accurate delivery timelines
• Maintain CRM and customer records accurately
• Support outside sales and distribution partners with pricing and product information
• Using our tools to provide costing to customers and outside sales

Requirements:

• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sales
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Strong willingness to learn, contribute to a team, and get tasks accomplished correctly
