The Chief Safety and Security Officer demonstrates a strong commitment to safety through effective leadership and the implementation of practices that reinforce safety as a core value. This role ensures the provision of safety and security measures that support the continuous achievement of the goals and objectives necessary to fulfill the mission of the Floyd County School System. Key leadership responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating, developing, planning, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive school safety and security program.
