Scope of Position: The Analyst serves as catalyst for organizational success by aligning business needs with technical solutions. This position conducts business and customer analyses to support leaders to make data-informed decisions. This person partners with stakeholders to evaluate needs, create project plans, see projects through completion, and deliver results in support of defined metrics and ministry objectives. The person possesses a keen awareness of system and process impacts crucial for successful delivery and change management efforts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders, scope projects, establish milestones, offer design solutions, build technical configurations, perform QA assessments and provide project deliverables based on stakeholder expectations 
• Support stakeholders by understanding program objectives, monitoring metric success in consistent manner, creating rollup summaries for various levels of leadership, and communicating findings effectively 
• Measure qualitative and quantitative effectiveness of operations and program experiences through reports, data visualizations & dashboards, ensuring projects support business/ministry priorities, metrics, & KPIs 
• Responsible for the customer insights program including market research efforts, evaluation design, survey maintenance, and results delivery 
• Translate and document end-to-end business processes for non-technical audiences into project deliverables, including detailed requirements, data interpretation, and workflow diagrams 
• Design and implement technical solutions by leveraging data and systems, creating workflows & automations, establishing data models, and maximizing internal/external integrations to deliver business intelligence 
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines (data extraction, manipulation, and interpretation) that combine disparate data sets and sources into meaningful aggregated metrics 
• Accountable for developing and strengthening relationships with assigned business/ministry stakeholders while influencing behaviors and decisions in support of Foundation alignment efforts 
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process improvement opportunities and enhancing overall efficiencies 
• Perform other job-related functions as assigned 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in Business Administration, Computer Science or Data Analytics, quantitative social science, or a closely related field 
• 3 years of professional industry experience in project management 
• Experience with programs like Power BI, Power Automate and Qualtrics  
• Ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions to meet deliverables with minimal oversight 
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and able to quickly adjust to changing priorities 
• Act as a creative problem-solver and serve as an organization change agent 
• Ability to write & present results to both technical and non-technical audiences 
• Customer service attitude with the ability to develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with the team and diverse populations and personalities
