PSI Background Screening is seeking an Analyst for our Rome, Georgia office. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to conduct pre-employment screening in a professional, fast-paced office environment.

Duties
- Analyze the data provided and determine additional information needed to facilitate the completion of the investigation
- Conduct research tasks to complete investigations efficiently and within legal guidelines
- Follow up with applicants and clients for additional information that is needed via telephone or email
- Manage occupational health and drug testing programs by coordinating with clients, applicants, collection sites, and third-party vendors to support testing services, while ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate the secure processing, review, and distribution of student background screening and drug testing reports by verifying report accuracy and completeness, managing confidential documentation, encrypting protected files, and communicating with authorized school and clinical program contacts in compliance with company security standards.
- Manage student immunization tracking by reviewing and verifying healthcare documentation, maintaining accurate records within the platform, monitoring background checks and drug screenings, communicating with applicants and clients regarding missing information, and ensuring all processes comply with HIPAA, PII, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, web navigation, data entry tools)
- Ability to perform duties with limited guidance and oversight
- Skills in or desire to learn about customer service
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including telephone and e-mail
- Attention to detail
- Associate’s Degree or functional equivalent preferred
- Openness to occasional overtime hours, as needed
Pay and Benefits
- Start at $17.25, raise to $17.75 after 60 days
