Account Executive – Waste Management Services (Front-Load & Roll-Off)

Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Business Development• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across commercial and residential sectors
• Develop customized proposals and pricing for front-load dumpster and roll-off container services
• Close deals with new clients and expand services with existing accounts
• Client Relationship Management• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and support
• Maintain long-term relationships through regular communication and responsive service
• Operational Coordination• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure service commitments are met
• Monitor account performance and proactively resolve service issues Qualifications
• Proven sales experience in waste services, logistics, or a related industry preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Familiarity with waste container types, service routes, and local regulations is a plus What We Offer
