The Atrium Health Floyd-Polk Foundation, Rome Floyd Chamber of Commerce and Berry College's Campbell School of Business are continuing their collaborative effort to strengthen and support the nonprofit sector throughout our region.

Join us for a day of learning, networking, and collaboration designed to help organizations grow their impact while connecting with the people who make our nonprofit community thrive.

Morning Session: Nonprofit Leadership Training
Start the day with practical training for nonprofit directors, leaders, and community partners focused on people management, volunteer and talent recruitment, and building an effective governing board. Led by Berry College faculty and business experts, these sessions will provide actionable strategies to strengthen your organization.

Nonprofit & Volunteer Networking Lunch
Presented by Berry College's Center for Good Neighbor Culture and Community Engagement as part of its Solidarity Week activities, this is an occasion to connect with fellow nonprofit professionals, board members, volunteers, and community partners during a dedicated networking lunch. Learn about local organizations, explore opportunities for collaboration, and discover meaningful ways to get involved in causes that matter.  Dr. Jon Hershey , Director of Belonging Initiatives & Devon Smyth, Director of Community Engagement, will share Good Neighbor Culture training opportunities & ways to connect with student volunteers.

Afternoon Session: Volunteer Leadership Training
Presented by United Way of Floyd, Polk & Chattooga and led by respected community leaders Eric and Ladonna Collins, this interactive session is designed for current and aspiring board members and volunteers. Participants will gain practical tools, insights, and leadership skills to better serve organizations and strengthen community impact.

Whether you're seeking to recruit volunteers, develop future board members, build strategic partnerships, or find a meaningful way to serve, this event offers valuable opportunities for everyone.
