Dr. Jonathan Reed
Assistant Professor of Management, Berry College
President, Strategy First LLC

Hosted by: Rome Floyd Chamber

Description:
November is the perfect time of year to translate your small business dreams into tangible goals and plans for 2026. This workshop, led by Dr. Reed from the Campbell School of Business, will help you clarify the “purpose” of your business in terms of its mission, vision, and values. The “balanced scorecard” framework will then be used to translate your vision into specific goals and plans in four areas: financial performance, customer satisfaction, internal business processes, and innovation and learning. You will complete the workshop with a draft two-page plan for guiding your business into the New Year and beyond.
