The Learn Foundation’s Veterans Upward Bound programs are hosting a Resource Carnival on Saturday, April 20th. This is a free community event filled with opportunities, resources, vendors, food, fun, and something for everyone! At this event we will also be celebrating the grand opening of our Community Outreach Center! We have partnered with our local DHS to host a fundraiser for gently used or new suitcases and backpacks for children in foster care. We will be collecting donations at this event.
