Join us for an empowering self-defense class led by the Rome Police Department, designed specifically for women. This hands-on workshop will teach practical techniques and situational awareness to help you feel more confident and prepared in everyday life. We will also have a special presentation from Kimberly King from the Sexual Assault Center.
