Fire Realty was started out of managing our own properties. Through consistent networking, hard work, and many late days we learned the property management business. At the time our broker did not let us do property management for other landlords and thereby we needed to create our own brokerage. Thus we started reaching out to our local network of landlords and doing a diligent job learning the contracts, the move in processes, and unfortunately sometimes evictions. We've built connections with people all over the world through the Hyundai Battery plant, solar panel companies, local investors, and truly great repair technicians. We plan on continuing to serve the local population with speed, honesty, and execution. Not only for the benefit of the landlords, but to the wonderful community of tenants we have helped.
