HOTWORX is a 24/7 fitness franchise offering virtually instructed workouts conducted inside patented infrared saunas. It combines heat, infrared energy, & exercise - known as "3D Training" - to promote increased calorie burn, detoxification, muscle & joint recovery, flexibility, and more. Sessions include 30-minute isometric workouts (yoga, Pilates, barre) & 15-minute HIIT sessions (rower, cycle). Also available is a functional exercise section for traditional strength training outside of a heated environment - including all the gym favorite like dumbbells, kettle bells, step up bench, & a Nautilus Cable machine.
