The Rome Symphony Orchestra celebrates the legendary film and television composer with an extraordinary concert highlighting his lush, sweeping themes and rich cinematic style. Audiences will journey through iconic scores from 'Beauty and the Beast,' 'Splash,' 'East of Eden,' and 'Beastmaster,' as well as his acclaimed collaborations with Neil Diamond and John Denver. The unforgettable evening also features the U.S. premiere of Holdridge's Violin Concerto No. 2, featuring RSO concertmaster Nick Hoy as soloist. Mr. Holdridge will be in attendance and will participate in an on stage, post-concert conversation with Maestro Dokken and an audience Q&A.
