Insurance Sales Producer - Personal Lines
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Personal Lines Insurance Producer to join our team.

- Sell home and auto insurance products to new and existing customers
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Meeting clients and working with policy renewals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Educate customers on insurance coverage and options
- Conduct needs assessments and provide insurance recommendations
- Process insurance changes, endorsements, and renewals
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay current with industry trends and products
- Attend training and development sessions as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred but not required
- A current and valid insurance license in the state of employment is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in personal lines sales is helpful but not required
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Understanding of Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements is helpful
