Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an exceptional personality with a sense of style, a love for helping people find what they need and a passion for organizing. Our high end boutique in Rome, GA needs an Assistant Store Manager to help expand our online retail presence, specifically utilizing Instagram. We provide superior service to all our customers. The successful candidate will create fun social media content showcasing our products, assist with inventory and store look and feel, and manage the store when the owner is offsite. The schedule is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 10:30 am to 6 pm with 2-3 mandatory Saturdays per month from 10:30 am to 5 pm.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist all customers in a professional and timely manner
* Provide customers with insight on all store products
* Actively participate in store activities including unloading of deliveries, stocking shelves, entering inventory
* Assist with social media posts and marketing of the store
* Must be able to work some Saturdays and the holiday season
* Responsible for daily store housekeeping including:
- Dressing mannequins and create unique displays
- Organizing the stockroom
- Dusting, vacuuming, light cleaning
Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience creating Instagram reels
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Marie Kondo like organization skills
* Multi-tasker extraordinaire
* Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn
* Ability to work on feet for the majority of working hours
* Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
Experience:
* 2+ Years Retail Experience
