Parent Aide

The Exchange Club Family Resource Center has a full-time (Monday-Friday) Exchange Parent Aide position open.  Parent Aides work directly with families who have children 12 years or younger and teach parenting, budgeting, and stress management skills.  Training will be provided on our evidence-based model.  We have a generous leave policy, competitive salary, low cases (15 families), and a nurturing work environment.  Since visits are made in the homes of families, reliable transportation is a must and mileage is reimbursed at the Federal rate.  A bachelor's degree is preferred but an associate degree and/or life/work experience considered.  Send resume and cover letter to jobs@exchangeclubfrc.org.  No phone calls please.
