Human Resources Technician (Payroll)

We are looking for a Human Resources Technician!

The purpose of this position is to provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources Department in a variety of specialty areas including payroll, compensation, employment, benefits, and training.


  • Serves as WFD – System Administrator. A resource for others in the office for procedures or processing questions for routine, daily functions in all areas.
  • Munis to UKG file integration. Implement UKG upgrades as needed.
  • Payroll management inclusive of processing bi-weekly payroll in WFD.
  • Data Entry of New Hires, Rehires, & Reinstatements
  • Maintain electronic employee files and timekeeping records.
  • Unemployment claims processing.
  • Leave support & auditing – payroll and benefits purposes.
  • Main contact – reconcile Advent Health Employee Clinic.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Support.
  • Training and New Employee Orientation Support.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Reporting to include: Munis Reports, UKG Reports, EE04, Retirement Census, and other reporting.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years of experience in payroll processing, accounts payable, or any human resources technical support functions. Candidates may qualify with any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
