Full Time LPN

Interim HealthCare is looking for a Full-Time LPN to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:
 
All responsibilities will be completed under the supervision of a registered nurse.

• Completing assessments to identify needs and developing appropriate care plans
• Counseling and educating clients on skilled nursing and non-medical needs
• Assisting with training, supervising and evaluating home care providers
• Assisting with On Call responsibilities to ensure client needs are met
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Current and unencumbered GA state license to practice as an LPN
• Home Care experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Current CPR and TB skin test
• Valid GA Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
• Must be able to pass a Drug Screening
• Able to work as a member of a team
