• Assist residents with activities of daily living: ie- bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care etc.
• Measuring and reporting intake, output and vital signs as needed.
• Using proper transfer techniques and ability to use medical equipment safely.
• Answer call lights and respond quickly and appropriately, taking care of resident needs.
• Observe residents condition and report abnormal findings or changes to charge nurse.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Meet facility and state regulations for mandatory in-services and staff development training.
• Cooperate with all staff/family/residents and maintain professional and friendly demeanor.
• Documenting on residents with iPad
