PM Shift Lead

Local Joe's in Cave Spring is seeking a motivated individual to lead our PM shift kitchen. Ideal applicant would be reliable and self motivated, with a good work ethic. Kitchen experience preferred, Servsafe certified a plus. Duties would include:

- Leading a small team through evening dinner service, ensuring quality control and a great customer experience. 
- Overseeing kitchen staff through closing duties, keeping a clean work environment, and practicing basic food safety by health department standards
- Food/catering prep
- Option to get creative with food specials
- 30-40 hours a week (we have room for flexibility)
- Weekend availability a must
- $10-14/hr based on experience 

Hours : Tues - Thurs 10:30-7:00; Fri & Sat 10:30-8:00
Closed Sunday and Monday
