Student Success Assistant Full Time Floyd County Campus

Georgia Northwestern Technical College is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Student Success Assistant to be located on the Floyd County Campus and may be required to travel to other campuses to meet operational requirements. This position will report to the Director of Student Success. This position will greet visitors, answer telephone calls and provide appropriate information and assistance to prospective and current students, faculty, staff, visitors and the general public. Assists students with the Admissions, Financial Aid and Registrar process. Assists with coverage in all areas of the Student Help Center. Assists with orientation, group tours and other special events. This is a full-time position with a potential schedule of 7:45am – 4:15pm or 9:30am – 6:00pm.
Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. The successful applicant is expected to provide excellent customer service and responsiveness by demonstrating good communication and organizational skills, and possess the ability to multi-task and work as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
Starting Salary: $31,000.00
