Director, Enrollment Services Full Time Floyd County Campus

Georgia Northwestern Technical College is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Director, Enrollment Services, on the Floyd County Campus in Rome, GA.
 
The Director, Enrollment Services, will be responsible for developing and implementing projects related to increasing applicant pools, raising enrollment funnel conversion, and improving retention. The Director, Enrollment Services, will review data to recognize enrollment trends, develop strategies that meet the college’s enrollment goals, manage the institution’s enrollment/retention communication plan, and facilitate necessary student events for enrollment-related activities, such as new student orientations. This position will also be responsible for supervising the use of and maintaining crucial enrollment management systems, such as the institution’s customer relationship management (CRM) software, TargetX, and communication tools, such as Mogli SMS. The Director, Enrollment Services, will also oversee admissions testing, career service/advisement, and other enrollment services activities, as well as interact with other college departments, community organizations, and businesses. Occasional travel to other campuses will be required.
 
Minimum Qualifications: Applicant must possess a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university and have 2-3 years of experience working with college enrollment management. The applicant must have knowledge of admissions testing software including ACCUPLACER and experience with student career exploration and guidance tools. Applicant must possess excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, technology skills, and decision-making skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications:Preferred qualifications include (but are not limited to):
A master’s degree from an accredited college or university in supporting discipline or a related field and 5 or more years working in postsecondary education including adult education, especially in areas of Admissions and/or Enrollment Management.
Experience working within a multi-campus environment.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, especially higher education-related CRM’s such TargetX/Salesforce, or other similar software.
Prior experience utilizing SMS/texting and chat programs, such as Mogli or Mongoose Cadence.
Experience with postsecondary placement testing, i.e. ACCUPLACER, and proctored testing of program-specific tests (i.e. health examinations like HESI).
Experience with event management, including both student events (such as orientations) and events with outside organizations/vendors (i.e. job or transition fairs).
Experience and comfort in utilizing virtual meeting and conferencing technology to communicate with students.
Possess research and analytical skills, problem-solving skills, prioritizing skills, and data entry skills.
Knowledge of Financial Aid policies and procedures.
Knowledge and experience of career counseling and assessment.
